All Out Productions is the sister company of Somethin’ Else, we are based in Manchester and produce quality programmes right across the BBC and in the commercial sector. Since it was formed 1992 All Out has won countless awards including 10 Sonys. And has built a reputation for engaging and hard-hitting quality programme making

All Out Productions requires a producer to join the company to help it develop and grow its core business, but also to help in its expansion into new areas.

The successful applicant will have experience in radio production, in developing ideas and formats. As well as having a good knowledge of the existing market they will need to spot potential new openings for the company to move into

The applicant must be flexible, happy to meet the demands of a small but busy office and take a proactive role in helping the company grow

Specifically the successful applicant:

• -Will be responsible for developing ideas and formats with a view to a major commissioning round
• -They will have experience of radio production skills, including on- location recording and digital editing
• -They will also have experience in entertainment programming and formatss
• -Have knowledge of the output and audience of both the various BBC Radio networks and specifically Channel 4 Radio
• -Help All Out Productions identify new customers and take a role in developing programmes and audio content for existing clients
• -Have strong ideas about 360 commissioning and how our programmes can become fully interactive
• -Show a good working knowledge of new technology and its potential in programmes making
• -A sound knowledge of BBC producer guidelines
