The successful candidate will have previous reception experience within an office environment. We are looking for an individual who loves front of house and who is also able assist the office manager and deal with general administration.
We are seeking an individual who is both innovative and driven. You will need to be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload. Due to the nature of clients visiting the offices, it is important that you are able to communicate at every level. You must be both a team player and able to work on your own initiative. You will be sole receptionist and your duties will include operating the switchboard; greeting clients; keeping boardroom diaries updated; ordering sandwiches and refreshments for meetings; looking after the reception; organising travel; booking couriers and taxis as well as ad-hoc admin duties such as ordering stationery etc. Most importantly, you need to be able to think on your feet and cope with a fairly hectic environment, using your initiative at all times
