Building the social fanbase for the BBC One series
Little Mix The Search sees the all-conquering group take to BBC One with the aim of forming bands to find success. They’re matching incredibly talented singers together to create bands who will battle it out to win the competition and the opportunity to support them on their next tour.
Little Mix (Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson and Leigh-Anne Pinnock) hold auditions with singers from across the country, advancing the best to a second round of the competition where the successful performers are put into bands. Living under the same roof as their fellow bandmates, the groups will get access to Little Mix’s inner circle who have contributed to their success, such as creative directors, vocal coaches and choreographers. Comedian Chris Ramsey will join Little Mix to host the live shows for the final four episodes of the 10 part series.
Throughout the series, Somethin’ Else will be creating a second-screen experience to match the excitement of the show across social media, posting brand-new material, backstage footage from the auditions and exclusive content with Little Mix. The content will run across all social platforms as we work to build the show’s social fanbase with a special focus on Instagram and TikTok.
