In the first of its kind brand partnership involving Channel 4, Sky and ITV, we’ve worked with Tesco and our friends at Mediacom to create a series of contextual adverts for Christmas. In the films celebrities from the UK’s biggest TV channels receive a surprise visit from Tesco’s time travelling delivery driver, the star of their 2019 Christmas advert.
The adverts feature stars from shows including Hollyoaks, A League of Their Own, The Chase and Loose Women as well as Fred Sirieix, Alex Brooker and Chris Kamara. Each film ran in the ad breaks around relevant TV shows throughout the 2019 festive period.
This followed a premiere advert to launch the campaign broadcast across all channels simultaneously.
Alongside the short form ads, we created social content to be shared by the talent and key broadcast accounts, featuring video that was captured by our social team on set.
