V&A Digital Content for Podcasts

The V&A has built a reputation as ‘the nation’s attic’, a hallowed institution containing some of the world’s greatest art and design. But it’s also a vibrant host to a whole range of entertainment and events which we brought to life through a series of podcasts to highlight its appeal to lovers of art and culture.

We took new audiences behind the scenes at the V&A via podcasts, subscribed to through iTunes. The content included conversations between the V&A’s  Glenn Adamson and a range of guests from the art world.

Podcast chat lifted the lid on events such as the V&A’s lauded David Bowie exhibition and convinced those who might not be regular visitors to the museum that it had plenty to offer by introducing subjects including contemporary fashion and branding.

Each podcast features world-class curators and experts from within and outside of the V&A.

Presented by Head of Research Glenn Adamson, each episode focusses on a different area of activity: from Curating Contemporary Fashion to Art Theft, and Branding to Exhibition Design.

You can find out more about each episode and listen on the V&A site,  or subscribe via iTunes U.
